We work in the city of St. Louis and across St. Louis County, including Clayton, Ladue, Kirkwood, Webster Groves, Brentwood, Maplewood, Richmond Heights, University City, Creve Coeur, Chesterfield, Ballwin, Town and Country, Des Peres, Manchester, Florissant, Hazelwood, Maryland Heights, Affton and Mehlville. South of the Meramec we cover Arnold and Fenton, and across the Missouri River we work in St. Charles, O'Fallon and Wentzville. The floors change as you move outward. City homes and older suburbs often have small detached or tuck-under garages and basements with old, painted slabs. The 1950s through 1970s ranch neighborhoods tend to have attached garages with decades of salt wear. Newer St. Charles County subdivisions have larger garages with younger concrete that still needs full grinding.
